My name is Fredy Bütikofer.

For many years, I have felt a deep connection to the mountains and nature. Numerous ski tours and trips to distant lands—including China, Tibet, and Nepal—have shaped my perspective on nature and the unique energies of different places.

In addition to my career, which originally had a technical focus, I have been deeply engaged for many years in meditation, energy work, and the effects of sacred sites. In this process, the connection between nature, tranquility, and well-being has increasingly become the center of my focus.

With the Energy Lodge, I want to offer a place where my guests can also feel at ease, find peace, and enjoy the impressive mountain scenery of the Kander Valley.

The location in Blausee-Mitholz, surrounded by mountains and nature, makes this place special to me. I’m delighted to be able to share a little bit of it with my guests.
